Job summary

Summit Human Capital seeks an Onsite M365 and Cloud Systems Analyst to support a major client in the Greater Norfolk Region, working to administer, support, and improve Colonna's enterprise Microsoft 365 environment across commercial and government operations.

The role focuses on ensuring platform reliability and security for over 1,000 accounts, with hands-on administration of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Defender, and related services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Hands-on experience with provisioning, permissions, licensing, authentication, MFA, Conditional Access, Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience in enterprise-level technical administration beyond general help desk support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 cloud technologies including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Defender, and related cloud services.
• Manage employee identity lifecycle, permissions, MFA, device compliance, licensing, email administration, endpoint configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced technical support, run PowerShell/Microsoft Graph scripts, support cloud migrations and coordinate security configurations with ISM.

Job description

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Onsite M365 and Cloud Systems Analyst to support our client in the Greater Norfolk Region in the shipbuilding and maritime industry. This position has the exciting opportunity to support the administration, support, and improvement of Colonna's enterprise Microsoft 365 environment across commercial and government operations, impacting over 1,000 accounts and ensuring platform reliability and security.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint Online, with strong expertise in Entra ID and Exchange Online
• Current or substantial recent hands-on experience with the above technologies
• Experience with user provisioning, permissions, licensing, authentication, MFA, Conditional Access, Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, and endpoint troubleshooting
• Enterprise-level technical administration experience beyond general help desk support
• Comfortable using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for administration, user onboarding/offboarding, reporting, querying, troubleshooting, and repeatable system processes
• US Citizen or Green Card holder

Desired

• Experience with Microsoft GCC High, DoD contractor, government, maritime, or other regulated industries (GCC High experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Microsoft Graph integrations, REST APIs, SaaS administration, and relevant Microsoft certifications

Hourly pay range for this position is $37 - $45, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
