Job summary

Lumecg is seeking a senior Microsoft cloud professional to lead architectural direction for Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Copilot, Exchange Online, and related cloud services. The role blends strategic governance with hands-on tenant administration, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational support.

The ideal candidate will provide architectural guidance while resolving complex security, identity, compliance, and platform challenges across MS 365/Azure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting Microsoft infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise environments.
• 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 tenants.
• 5+ years with Azure and Entra ID, IAM, CA, app registrations.
• 5+ years configuring Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities.
• 5+ years with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• 5+ years designing MS 365/Azure tenant or solution architectures.
• 5+ years governance for MS 365 and Power Platform.
• 5+ years hands-on with Purview, Defender, DLP, information protection, audit, and logging.
• 5+ years troubleshooting complex MS 365/Azure/security issues.
• 8+ years technical documentation, communication, stakeholder management.
• 5+ years with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and API Management.
• 5+ years advanced PowerShell scripting and cloud automation.
• 5+ years SharePoint hybrid or legacy environments.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, security, compliance, or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural direction for Microsoft cloud services.
• Hands-on tenant administration, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and ops support.
• Resolve complex identity, security, compliance, and platform issues.
• Advise on governance and security frameworks for MS 365 and Power Platform.
• Communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders and document them.
