The role collaborates with project managers, manufacturing, and QA to ensure timely testing and product release, while documenting and reporting data. Strong knowledge of cGMP and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology/Biology or related field.
• 2-4 years in pharma/biotech with emphasis in QC microbiology, environmental monitoring, or related areas.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing per batch records, protocols, and test methods.
• Conduct environmental monitoring in controlled manufacturing areas.
• Coordinate with project managers, manufacturing, and QA to ensure timely testing and release.
• Inform management of out-of-specification results and non-conformances.
• Participate in investigations and related studies.
• Assist in calibration and troubleshooting of equipment and instruments.
