Job summary

Biofarma Group in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Microbiologist (I, II or III) to join the Quality Control team. You will perform routine microbiological testing on raw materials, finished products, water, and environmental samples, following USP methods and cGMP, and maintain accurate documentation.

You will advance from level I to III responsibilities, handle environmental monitoring, microbial enumeration, and contribute to investigations, CAPA, and audits, while adhering to GDP and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biology, chemistry, or related scientific discipline.
• Experience in QC microbiology and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiological testing of materials and products per USP methods.
• Record data accurately and maintain GDP compliant documentation.
• Support environmental monitoring and cleaning validation activities.
• Assist in investigations and CAPA related to QC results.
