You will troubleshoot robotics, conveyors, ASRS, and related systems, performing preventive maintenance and safety procedures while partnering with teams to minimize downtime. The role emphasizes root cause analysis, equipment optimization, and collaboration with managers to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic blueprint/schematic reading is needed.
• Experience with electrical and electronic principles preferred.
• Experience with PLC programs and industrial controls required.
• Familiarity with wiring diagrams and electrical measurements is essential.
• 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent in mechanical or electrical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of MHE (conveyor, sortation, ASRS).
• Adjust scanners, cameras, field buses, scales, and printers.
• Repair or replace belts, chains, cables, and wearing components.
• Lubricate, calibrate, and test equipment.
• Create and close Work Orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures with team.
