Job summary
Ameriprise Financial is seeking a senior MFT Platform Administrator to manage day-to-day operations of the enterprise file transfer ecosystem. You will support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling Control Center, Connect:Direct, and AWS Transfer Family in a secure, highly available environment.
You will monitor production activity, investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive automation to reduce manual work. Strong security, PKI, and incident-response skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience required.
- Hands-on expertise with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling Control Center administration.
- Experience with Connect:Direct, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and enterprise B2B integrations.
- Experience with certificate management, PKI, TLS/SSL, SSH, and PGP encryption technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 operational support for enterprise file transfer platforms and ensure SLAs.
- Monitor production file transfer activities, investigate failures, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve issues.
- Administer IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling Control Center, Connect:Direct, AWS Transfer Family, and related MFT technologies.
- Configure and troubleshoot secure transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, MBI).
- Coordinate disaster recovery exercises and high-availability initiatives.
