Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Systems Engineer to manage the enterprise MFT ecosystem. You will ensure availability, performance, and reliability of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling Control Center, Connect:Direct, and AWS Transfer Family while supporting secure protocols and certificate lifecycles.

You will work with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams, participate in on-call rotations, and drive automation and resiliency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years in production file transfer environments and tooling.
• Hands-on IBM Sterling, Sterling Control Center administration experience.
• Experience with SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS/AS2 and enterprise B2B integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise MFT platforms and SLAs.
• Monitor production file transfers, diagnose failures, drive resolution.
• Administer IBM Sterling components and related MFT tech.
• Manage TLS/SSL, SSH, and PGP encryption and certificate lifecycles.
