Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the MFA team to secure logins for thousands of customers and millions of users worldwide. You will shape the product roadmap, partner with engineering, design, and marketing, and drive high-value authentication solutions across multiple verticals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with a proven track record delivering enterprise products.
• Technical aptitude to communicate with engineering and customer developers.
• Experience in identity management and MFA mechanisms (TOTP, SMS OTP, push, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience designing APIs and SDKs with developer UX considerations.
• 5+ years of product management experience in a relevant domain.
• Ability to think strategically and execute with speed and rigor.

Responsibilities

• Define and socialize a roadmap articulating product direction and strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product marketing to deliver value.
• Build business cases to support ongoing product delivery.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the product area.
• Develop and test hypotheses; iterate with lean approaches.
• Prototype and validate early with lightweight demos and proofs of concept.
• Define KPIs and track success metrics across the product lifecycle.
• Work with cross-functional partners to enable successful feature launches.
• Create framing documents, story maps, and opportunity canvases for development.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, prototyping, and demos.
