Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 4+ years experience (or Master's with 2 years, or PhD).
• Proven project leadership and machine-vision engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to achieve project and technology objectives while managing risks.
• Translate product, process, and quality requirements into measurable inspection system specs.
• Lead technology evaluation, selection, and development through hardware tests and validation.
• Partner with suppliers and integrators to meet project requirements.
• Develop preventive-maintenance, calibration, spare-parts plans for post-launch support.
• Establish risk-based test strategies including V&V and site acceptance testing.
• Serve as SME during audits, reviews, and technical decisions.
• Mentor early-career engineers without formal authority.
