Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects in manufacturing/regulated environments.
• Advanced degree and/or professional engineering certification encouraged.

• Lead complex engineering projects and programs within a GMP/ISO/FDA regulated environment.
• Manage change control, qualification and validation activities for new/modified equipment and processes.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
