Job summary

KBR Government Solutions is seeking a Sr. Calibration Technician (Metrology) to calibrate and certify electronic and physical/dimensional test equipment with NIST traceability.

You will perform complex calibrations, repairs, and reporting, while guiding customers on equipment operation and requirements. Role requires strong metrology knowledge, the ability to work with standard lab tools, and adherence to HS&E practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training and/or 10 years of directly related experience.
• U.S. Citizenship status required due to client.

Responsibilities

• Calibrates and certifies electronic and physical/dimensional measuring equipment to NIST traceability.
• Performs calibration/repairs on equipment and maintains records.
• Operates standard lab tools and test equipment for calibrations.
• Generates reports on equipment conditions and maintenance actions.
• Provides guidance to customers on equipment operation and requirements.
• Ensures safety and HS&E compliance in daily work.
