The role requires an associate degree, 4+ years of hands-on calibration experience, and the ability to read technical manuals and schematics. You will configure test equipment, analyze data, and document findings to ensure traceability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Four or more years of hands-on experience in instrument calibration or technical maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and procedures.
• Strong mathematical aptitude including geometry, trigonometry, and statistics.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in standardized environments.
• ISO 17025 familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise calibration and diagnostic repairs on a wide range of instruments to ensure operational accuracy.
• Interpret complex testing specifications and quality manuals to establish reliable calibration protocols.
• Configure and operate advanced test equipment, adjusting variables such as pressure, current, and temperature to meet performance benchmarks.
• Analyze performance data and meter readings to identify functional defects and implement corrective adjustments.
• Document all findings through detailed calibration certificates and service reports to maintain compliance and traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and contribute to the development of new calibration procedures.
• Maintain database integrity and assist in the continuous improvement of quality initiatives and service standards.
