Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) or ability to gain certification within 12 months.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Metrology.
• Minimum 5 years experience CMM Programming (PC-DMIS).
• Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement of material in CMM equipment and provide metrology guidance.
• Escalate and resolve metrology issues with Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Create programs for CMM equipment and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to support continuous improvement.
• Interpret data, troubleshoot measurement issues, and develop solutions.
• Support supplier source inspection activities per process definitions.
• Assist with inspection techniques and vendor data packages.
• Ensure compliance with CED’s QMS in all metrology activities.
• Lead compliance with customer/industry requirements for inspection.
