Job summary

CIRCOR International is seeking a Metrology Leader to partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and external calibration/service providers to ensure measurement systems are capable, compliant, and appropriate for product requirements.

You will develop standardized measurement practices, lead CMM programming, and oversee calibration/gage control activities; ensure traceability and compliance with ISO/AS standards. A strong team player with excellent communication is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial) or related discipline.
5–10 years of experience in calibration systems, gage control, and measurement systems.
Experience building a metrology program and leading teams.
AsQ certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive metrology program across the organization.
Establish measurement strategies for dimensional inspection, gaging, and CMM inspection.
Serve as the technical authority for metrology, calibration, and measurement systems.
Develop, implement, and maintain calibration and gage control programs and KPIs.
Coordinate external calibration activities and monitor supplier performance.
Develop internal calibration capabilities and procedures.
