Job summary

CareSource is seeking a senior LTSS & Dual Eligible Report Engineer IV to drive analytics, build dashboards, and optimize data-driven decision-making in healthcare. You will develop complex datasets, perform advanced analysis, and deliver scalable reporting solutions across clinical, operational, and IT teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data governance, ETL development, and dashboard delivery using Tableau/Power BI to support patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
• Five (5) years of experience with ETL, BI, and database solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements.
• Extensive data analysis experience.
• Healthcare LTSS or Dual Eligible reporting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with LTSS/DSNP data/report regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate complex reports and dashboards to track KPIs and metrics related to LTSS & Dual Program reporting; identify trends and insights.
• Design and develop dynamic, user-friendly dashboards using BI tools for stakeholders at all levels.
• Analyze and evaluate operations to identify optimization and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop ETL solutions for automated, scheduled data refreshes and regular report delivery.
• Develop and deploy Power BI dashboards providing leadership with actionable insights.
• Transform data and analyses into usable information for department leaders.
