Job summary

The Boeing Company in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Methods Process Analyst (Experienced/Senior) to lead production scheduling and resource optimization for the 737 P-8 program. You will integrate military equipment installation planning with manufacturing execution and drive efficiency using established metrics and EV management.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, maintaining master schedules, and collaborating with engineering and leadership to meet cost and schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related curriculum.
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in Production Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains an Aurora Software-based detailed schedule for the production line.
• Retrieves, analyzes, and displays metrics daily to the Production System Tier Board.
• Performs recovery planning, headcount forecasting and Earned Value Management detail as needed.
• Develops forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources for programs.
• Monitors performance to labor hour estimates and weekly EV plan/reporting.
• Supports development of integrated shop master schedules and tool/position plans.
• Identifies process improvements to maximize equipment and personnel efficiency.
• Analyses changes to plans from unplanned events and assesses cost/schedule impact.
