Qualifications

• 3+ years negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.

• Experience in program management within supplier management is a plus.
• Familiarity with U.S. export control requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads supplier/subcontractor relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations.
• Manages and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Leads development of mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve issues affecting customers and programs.
• Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies.
• Analyzes supplier and business processes to identify improvement opportunities and inform contracting strategies.
• Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs.
