Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Kansas City is seeking a Senior Fabricator to produce components for multiple project types, design and build jigs and fixtures, and support fabrication operations on site. You will read shop drawings, cut parts to size, and assemble components for field installation.

Requirements include 5+ years in commercial construction, manufacturing, or fabrication, high school diploma or GED (preferred), and apprenticeship or trade training preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction, manufacturing, or fabrication shop.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and specs.
• Willingness to work on-site with lifting and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Operates automated and manual shop equipment to produce parts.
• Designs and builds jigs and fixtures for repeatable parts.
• Assembles components and packages for transport to sites.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment.
