Qualifications

• 4+ years of metal fabrication experience.
• Strong MIG welding skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with fabrication equipment and tools.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Forklift, overhead crane, and industrial equipment experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld structural steel components and machine frames.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.
• Perform MIG welding and precision measurements.
• Lead and support fabrication, welding, and assembly projects.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
