• Manage the daily production schedule for the metal fabrication department, proactively identifying risks to meet critical project deadlines.
• Develop and implement standardized shop processes, jigs, and fixtures to enhance production consistency and capacity.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members to elevate overall craftsmanship and department performance.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to troubleshoot fabrication challenges and refine production methodologies.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and high-functioning workspace that supports efficient material flow and equipment longevity.
