Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify the structural integrity of finished welds through visual inspection and standardized testing protocols to maintain high-quality output.
• Identify and resolve fabrication inconsistencies, participating in process improvement efforts to enhance manufacturing workflows.
• Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization by adhering to Lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet output targets while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills
