Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising and related channels.

You will manage a portfolio end-to-end, lead client discussions, craft direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and develop testing strategies to improve funnel performance. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and directly influence client performance, relationships, and retention, with a focus on lead generation and appointment booking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and decisions.
• Build relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and creative testing.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
• Identify and resolve technical issues between platforms and client systems.
