Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, testing, and messaging. You will lead client calls, develop strategy, and write compelling copy for video sales letters aimed at high-net-worth prospects.

You’ll manage multiple accounts, optimize budgets, and build testing frameworks across audiences, offers, and creative. The role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and emphasizes accountability and results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and creative testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for financial services audiences.
• Configure tracking, Calendly integrations, and lead-routing workflows.
