Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and creative testing. You will manage client relationships, lead conversations, and optimize funnels for high-net-worth prospects.

You’ll write copy and video scripts, develop testing strategies, and ensure tracking and lead routing are solid. This role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and offers remote-friendly work within the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets and support client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and account structure.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction.
