Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, creative testing, and client communication.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts end to end, lead client conversations, and drive results on Meta campaigns and funnels. This senior role requires hands-on expertise beyond Ads Manager, with responsibility for performance, relationships, and retention across a growing set of financial services

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to hit defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong copywriting skills for direct-response ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
