Job summary

Regalstone is seeking a senior media buyer to own and scale Meta ads for a fast-growing e-commerce brand. You will manage ABO/CBO structures, implement caps and volume strategies, and push budgets strategically to hit CAC/ROAS targets.

Remote, with a results-focused approach; experience in 7-8 figure DTC spend is highly valued. You’ll collaborate with a creative team to translate performance insights into new tests and tests that drive growth.

Qualifications

• You’ve scaled Meta accounts for 7-8 figure DTC or e-commerce brands.
• You’ve managed significant daily spend with CAC/ROAS levels you can cite.
• You know Ads Manager, measurement, and attribution deeply.
• You make confident calls on budget changes.
• You’re fluent in CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, CVR.
• You take ownership of results across performance periods.
• You’ve scaled accounts to high five-figure daily spend while holding CAC targets.
• You’ve worked with creatives to test insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage ABO and CBO campaigns, choosing structure per goal.
• Use Cost Caps, Bid Caps, and Highest Volume tied to CAC and growth targets.
• Scale via budget increases, horizontal expansion, duplication, and testing.
• Revive past winners with graveyard campaigns for more value.
• Diagnose fatigue, attribution issues, and bottlenecks; act on data.
• Provide creative teams with clear feedback and report results to leadership.
