Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior paid media strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, creative testing, and strategic messaging.

You will manage end-to-end campaigns, develop testing strategies, and lead client conversations to optimize outcomes for high-net-worth prospects. The role requires hands-on experience, strong copywriting, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end to end and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
