Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, copywriting, testing, and funnel optimization. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, lead client calls, and craft direct-response strategies to drive qualified appointments and growth.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and collaborate with editors, designers, and data teams. This role offers a remote-friendly environment with a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end to end and serve as the primary strategic contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; diagnose funnel issues
