Job summary

Pocket Worlds is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads leader to own performance across the US and Europe. You'll manage campaigns, optimize budgets, and test new angles while collaborating with the Creative Director to scale profitable growth.

Ideal candidates have scaled Meta accounts to seven figures monthly, with budgets above $100K, and excel at data-driven decision making, CAC/ROAS targets, and cross‑market optimization.

Qualifications

• You've personally scaled Meta ad accounts to multiple seven figures per month in profitable spend.
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads: you do the in-platform work yourself, not through agencies or junior buyers.
• Experience managing budgets well above $100K per month and scaling a brand aggressively.
• A relentless tester: you're always looking for the next winning creative, angle, or audience.
• Strong competitive research habits, using both tools and manual research.
• Highly analytical and comfortable in spreadsheets: you make decisions based on data.
• Comfortable owning strict CAC and ROAS targets at high scale, and optimizing without waiting for instructions.
• A clear understanding of how media buying and creative strategy work together.
• Fast, direct, and clear in how you communicate.
• Experience scaling DTC, consumer tech, or premium hardware brands is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of Meta creative frameworks and which ad formats and angles convert is a strong plus.
• Experience managing large budgets across international markets, especially the US and Europe, is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Meta Ads performance across the US and Europe, with budgets in the millions of dollars per month
• Campaign structure, budgets, bidding, and day-to-day optimization, with a focus on cutting wasted spend
• A testing roadmap for creatives, angles, offers, and landing pages
• Competitor research: their ads, landing pages, and offers, and what we can learn from them
• Creative direction based on data: working with the Creative Director to decide which creatives and ad copy to produce next
• Daily and weekly reporting on CAC, ROAS, and scaling opportunities, with full accountability for channel profitability
