Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking an Operational owner for the enterprise email platform, supporting a 24x5 global model. You will lead the Messaging operations team across U.S. and India, overseeing Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange, gateways and Outlook services.

You will manage incidents, changes and SLA performance, drive migrations, security controls with Information Security, and mentor a high-performing team while coordinating with PMs and finance on budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
7–10 years of relevant work experience.
4+ years supervising technical staff or vendor resources.
5–7+ years experience in enterprise messaging, including Exchange/365.
2+ years of people management; leadership across onshore/offshore teams.
Certifications: ITIL Foundation; Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert.

Responsibilities

Oversee Messaging operations team across U.S. and India.
Own day-to-day health of Exchange Online, on-prem Exchange, gateways, and Outlook services.
Manage incident, problem, change, and request processes with SLA focus.
Lead 24x7 on-call coverage across onshore/offshore teams.
Partner with Information Security on email security controls.
Drive platform projects and migrations with PM coordination.
Ensure DR plans, runbooks, and audit-ready docs.
Hire, coach, and develop the team; manage performance.
