Job Description

To our tech center in Prague and Pune, we are seeking an innovative and energetic Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Sr. Technical Specialist - Product Owner to join our Animal Health Manufacturing Value Team (MVT). The product owner, digital products will be responsible for managing digital products through their end-to-end lifecycle from concept to retirement.

Responsibilities

Be accountable for the end-to-end implementation of new MES products in line with business needs:

• Write and prioritize backlog user stories, focusing on technical requirements and acceptance criteria
• Drive release and support planning and execution of go-to-market strategies
• Facilitate open communication among stakeholders, developing and maintaining stakeholder engagement strategies
• Refine product features through detailed impact vs. value analysis
• Own the creation and prioritization of the MES product capabilities backlog for digital solutions
• Identify and communicate stakeholder relationship needs, translating strategies into activities
• Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization for large initiatives
• Shape and own the MES product roadmap and vision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and expectations
• Help teams deliver digital solutions that add value
• Manage the full product lifecycle to meet customer needs and targets
• Keep abreast of industry trends

Qualifications (Education minimum requirements subject to change based on country)

Required...

• Honors Degree in IT or STEM discipline (or equivalent)
• 4+ years in IT product owner/business analyst roles
• 3+ years working in cross-functional teams
• 2+ years in digital roles (Product owner, SCRUM master, etc.)
• Experience with Kroeber Pas-X platform
• Experience deploying electronic Batch Records
• Experience in biologic manufacturing

Preferred...

• Experience managing geographically distributed squads
• Experience with different delivery methods (Agile, traditional)
• Knowledge of product management strategies and road mapping
• Understanding of Agile principles and practices
