Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8+ years in Pharma projects.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience leading technical meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience with C&Q activities, RFPs, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the upgrade of the Syncade MES platform.
• Manage software integration, migration, and implementation.
• Lead technical meetings with stakeholders and developers.
• Coordinate system integration windows with manufacturing areas.
• Develop and manage C&Q RFPs and oversee commissioning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance during C&Q implementation.
• Oversee RFI, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate IT, Automation, Manufacturing, QA, Validation, Supply Chain teams.
• Identify risks to schedule, cost, quality, and compliance.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support project closeout, documentation, and handover.
