Job summary

Syner-G BioPharma Group is seeking a Sr. Automation Engineer to lead MES/eBR implementations, qualify systems, and enable compliant manufacturing operations.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, and IT/OT to ensure successful deployment, qualification, and ongoing compliance. The role requires expertise in MES platforms (PAS-X, PharmaSuite, Syncade, Opcenter), strong GMP knowledge, and ability to translate shop-floor processes into MES requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Systems, or related field.
• Strong pharmaceutical manufacturing/Operations background and MES experience.
• Experience developing FRS/user requirements and supporting MES design.
• Hands-on UAT, eBR testing, operational readiness and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop MES functional requirements from FRs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing SMEs and MES teams to reflect processes.
• Plan and execute UAT with Operations SMEs.
• Review electronic batch records, recipes, workflows, and prompts.
