Job summary

Lilly in Houston is seeking an experienced MES Architect to own the end-to-end MES architecture for the Generation Park site. You will define standards, lead integration efforts with ERP and SCADA/DCS, and drive validation and commissioning activities to ensure readiness.

You will mentor a team of MES engineers, collaborate with Operations, Quality, and IT, and ensure alignment with ISA-95/88 standards while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a software/engineering field.
• 8+ years designing and validating MES systems in GMP environments.
• Experience with Master Batch Records (MBRs) and electronic batch records (EBRs).
• Experience with Emerson Syncade and DeltaV.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end MES architecture for the Houston site.
• Define standards, design patterns, and configuration best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design and technical decisions.
• Architect integrations between MES and ERP/SCADA/DCS systems.
• Execute site-level testing and validation (IQ/PQ).
• Lead and mentor MES engineers and act as site MES custodian.
