Insight Global is seeking an experienced Lead MES Engineer to drive a large-scale digital manufacturing transformation in a regulated pharma environment. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Emerson Syncade MES, EBR, and recipe-driven processes, with strong integration to automation and quality systems.

You will lead governance, architecture decisions, and multi-site deployment strategies while mentoring engineers and shaping the project roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years MES experience, with at least 3 years in a lead/architect role.
• Strong Syncade architecture background and EBR strategy.
• Experience advising leadership on digital manufacturing strategy and execution models.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES solution architecture and deployment strategy across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define future-state manufacturing processes.
• Establish MES governance, standards, templates, and best practices.
• Define integration strategies between MES, automation, quality systems and enterprise platforms.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
• Support roadmap development, resource planning, and manufacturing modernization initiatives.

Job description

Location: Hybrid - 2x a week on-site in Upper Merion, PA

Job Type: 12 Month Contract to Perm

Compensation: $85/hr to $95/hr.

• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
