Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Sr Principal Engineer – MES Systems to join our API manufacturing network. You will design and integrate MES components, lead regulatory-compliant deployments, and collaborate across sites to standardize MES solutions.

This on-site role drives the design, delivery, and CSV of MES systems for new Lilly facilities. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in MES, strong technical abilities, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of strong MES implementation and data integration experience (Syncade/DeltaV).
• Experience in a GXP, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate MES common and site-specific components.
• Benchmark innovative solutions for MES implementations.
• Adapt road map to site evolution and new trends.
• Support MES start-up activities and validation.
• Maintain open communication with MES vendors.
• Translate functional requirements into technical MES solutions.
