Job summary

Lilly in Houston seeks a MES Engineer to join the API manufacturing site MES team, delivering DeltaV MES configuration, validation, and integration with ERP, Historian, and DCS to support startup and ongoing operations.

You will work with Operations, Tech Services, Engineering and Quality to ensure site readiness, develop documentation, and align with GSOPs and CSV standards for reliable MES performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of MES system design, implementation, and validation.
• 3+ years in regulated pharma/medical device environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with site teams to define digital workflows and author/validate electronic batch records.
• Configure MES recipes, workflows, and electronic batch records.
• Configure electronic logbooks and weigh & dispense interfaces.
• Integrate MES with ERP, Historian, DCS, and manufacturing equipment via edge tech.
