Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking an MES Senior Principal Engineer to drive Manufacturing Execution Systems architecture and delivery across API manufacturing facilities. This role focuses on delivering robust MES solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability across multiple sites.

You will partner with global teams to define standards, select technologies, and shepherd security, data integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of MES experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of S95 Level 3 and COTS software.
• Experience with data architecture and BI integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern MES architecture across multiple sites to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with global/enterprise architects and IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead technology evaluations, proofs of concept and vendor engagements.
