Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis seeks a Sr Principal MES Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of Manufacturing Execution Systems across global sites. You will guide design, integration, and performance of MES modules, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and scalable operations.

You will collaborate with global Architects, Cybersecurity, Data Management, and manufacturing partners, mentor MES teams, and help shape the next generation of API manufacturing platforms at Lilly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of MES experience.
• Strong knowledge of distributed S95 Level 3 solutions and BI.
• Experience in Pharma and GMP Manufacturing.
