Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Sr. Merchant Success Manager for Drive to lead growth strategies with Franchise Groups and Brands. You will manage day-to-day execution, analyze data, and foster strong relationships with C-suite and operations leaders across franchises.

You will drive operational excellence, resolve issues, and influence the Drive product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal partner and store operator experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales.
• Proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions.
• Expert communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Engage Franchisees in growth strategy conversations and Drive opportunities.
• Conduct business reviews with key Franchise decision makers to deepen relationships.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify needs and co-create solutions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for issue resolution and operational improvement.
