Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Merchandising is required.
• 3+ years in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area; or 5 years in those areas.
• Masters degrees are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies aligned with long-term plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage profit and loss, analyze daily performance, and implement financial plans.
• Lead supplier negotiations with clear terms and metrics.
• Oversee product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotions across channels.
• Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising teams to optimize inventory.
• Guide team performance, development, and engagement for high performance.
• Use data insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
