Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting a fast-paced team with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development and launch activities with timelines and follow-through.
• Prepare Excel and PowerPoint materials for seasonal introductions and meetings.
• Organize product information, samples, and merchandising resources.
• Support showroom planning, including housing, catering, staffing, and logistics.
• Schedule, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the department.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
