Bass Pro Shops in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Merchant III to support category planning and execution. You will help the Merchandiser with assortment selection, pricing, space planning, promotions, and inventory data review.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and familiarity with apparel, hunting, or fishing product categories. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, assist in proprietary product development, and contribute to go-to-market

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred degree: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development or Merchandising.
• Experience in multi-store and omni-channel retail; Merchandising, Supply Chain or Marketing experience.
• 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Merchandiser with category planning and execution.
• Support product assortment selection and pricing strategies.
• Analyze historical data and trends to forecast sales and inventory.
