Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a senior merchandise leader to develop and drive inclusive merchandise strategies that delight customers while meeting financial goals.

You will own the product-level P&L and work with cross-functional partners to bring profitable products to market. You will lead assortments, collaborate with Design, Visual Merchandising and Production, and partner with Inventory Management to balance growth, cost, and speed to market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive merchandise assortments aligned to department strategy, increasing earnings.
• Collaborate with Design, Visual Merchandising and Production to ensure customer needs, profitability, and speed to market.
• Partner with Inventory Management, Store Planning and Allocation on seasonal investment strategy by market.
• Identify business opportunities and risks through analyzing sales performance and market data.
• Ensure quality of services and advice in meeting business partner needs.
• Oversee team resources, budget, and policy adherence.
