Job summary

Core-Mark International in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Sales Service Representative to support our strategic sales initiatives in your assigned region. You will collaborate with the Sales Team to execute the SmartStock program, ensure policy compliance, and provide merchandising and sales support.

You will build strong customer relationships, address their needs, and contribute to the growth of our customers, vendors, and our business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position.
• Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
• Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).
• Identifying and reducing out-of-stock on shelves.
• Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
• Attending customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
• Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.
• Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
• Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
