Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year or more experience in distribution, manufacturing, or retail environment preferred.
• Onsite, in-office role based in Tracy, CA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations for the department and coordinate team assignments.
• Maintain safety and quality metrics while meeting production goals.
• Provide training, productivity reporting, and feedback to staff.
• Create reports and conduct basic data analysis to drive improvements.
