SKIMS in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Manager of Merchandising Operations to lead end-to-end PO management, data integrity, and launch readiness across global channels. You will coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Tech, Site Merchandising and Logistics to ensure accurate product setup, pricing, and on-time launches.

Candidates should have 7+ years in merchandising operations, strong NetSuite and SPS/Edi experience, and a proven ability to simplify complex workflows with cross-functional

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in merchandising operations, order management, or related field.
• Strong NetSuite experience with PO management and product data maintenance.
• Experience with SPS Commerce or similar EDI platforms and data validation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee PO creation, cost entry, and launch calendar in Merchandising Operations.
• Manage PO updates across geographies and communicate changes to partners.
• Lead end-to-end PO reconciliation from planning handoff to delivery.
• Drive launch readiness across channels and geographies with cross-functional teams.
• Collect and validate product data (care, origin, UPC, sizes) and manage pricing templates.
• Create SOPs and establish clear ownership, deadlines, and escalation paths.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive cross-functional process improvements.
