Beyond Studios is seeking a Senior Merch Graphic Designer who is obsessed with creating wearable merchandise people actually want to own. You’ll turn ideas into complete collections, shaping graphics for tees, hoodies, hats, and more with a sharp eye for typography, texture, and finish.

This hands-on role expects you to work across fashion, culture, and brand worlds, translating references into extraordinary, culturally relevant products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience focusing on merchandise/apparel graphics.
• A strong portfolio of real, executed work showing advanced graphic design craft.
• Expert typography, composition, color, image-making and graphic development skills.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, with working knowledge of InDesign and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design merchandise collections from start to finish.
• Create graphics across tees, hoodies, hats, outerwear, accessories, packaging, and physical products.
• Translate brand identities and cultural references into original, elevated merchandise.
• Develop collection concepts, visual directions, moodboards, graphics, typography, illustrations, treatments, and decks.
• Design across multiple aesthetics while maintaining a strong point of view and high craft.
• Consider garment, fabrication, embroidery, print techniques, washes, and packaging in design.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors to push creative direction further.
• Own projects and execute at a senior level with minimal hand-holding.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and work with production teams to ensure quality.
• Move between large collections and fast-turn requests without sacrificing quality.
• Bring new references and ideas from fashion, music, sports, entertainment, art and culture.
