- Incorporate inspiration from fashion, music, sports, entertainment, art, and pop culture
- Present creative concepts, incorporate feedback, and refine designs to meet project expectations
- Maintain exceptional design quality while working in a fast‑paced environment

- Experience with apparel graphics, printing techniques, embroidery, garment treatments, trims, or production strongly preferred
- Ability to take creative direction while bringing original ideas and recommendations
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong awareness of fashion, music, sports, entertainment, art, and cultural trends
