Job summary

Eastern Contractors Corporation (ECC) seeks an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead field operations for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing on active commercial projects in Suwanee, GA. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and trades, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in MEP construction and a Bachelor’s degree. This full-time position offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth within ECC’s expanding project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of MEP construction experience including leadership roles.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily MEP construction activities, including subcontractors and resources.
• Ensure installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems complies with drawings, specs, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate MEP work with civil, structural, architectural, and other disciplines to prevent conflicts.
• Supervise HVAC, electrical infrastructure, piping, ductwork, cabling, and related systems installation.
• Assist testing, inspection, and commissioning to ensure systems meet requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and communicate updates or risks to the Project Manager.
• Implement corrective actions to maintain schedule, safety, and quality.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and promote a strong safety culture.
